A mechanic opened valve to blow out debris in air line the air pressure forced bottom end of the piping to fly-up to a horizontal position near the back. Employee climbed onto front fender of the tractor to reach and shut-off the header. The unsecured air header caused him to loose balance and fall off the tractor causing a complicated fracture in the employee's left humorous.
