Narrative

MW#4 Road, 44 x-cut - Employee was working on hi-line recovery. Unhooked latch on hi-voltage hook. Weight of hi-line started to straighten the hook. Left hand was caught by hi-line and hook with latch end puncturing left thumb between joints. Injury resulted in a puncture wound requiring 2 sutures. NO LOST TIME. MEDICAL TREATMENT ONLY.
