Narrative

EE was assigned the task of replacing 1000 watt light bulbs on the 154 dragline. As he grabbed the bulb, his right middle and index finger went into a hole in the light bulb causing a deep laceration on his index finger and a smaller cut on his middle finger. He was transported to CCMH, where he received 15 stitches to close the lacerations. Restricted duty.
