EE was sitting on the corner of the 4LX-cut doing a time study. A piece of rock fell striking him on the left foot. EE was only scheduled at this mine for a day and was off workd for 2 days. Note: Inj EE is not an employee at this mine. He was doing an outside service for this mine only.
