## Narrative

The 413 RBM was tramming to #6 face. As it was being trammed, employee was hanging cable on the rib. As the bolt machine made a turn into #6 entry the cable tightened and was pulled towards the outby rib. The cable pulled the employee's feet out from under him causing him to fall to the bottom. As he fell he extended his arm to catch himself which dislocated his left elbow.
