Narrative

Employee was changing the blade of a belt cutter, the cutter started to fall off the tool box and he grabbed it and placed his hand on the blade. Cause of this injury was safety awareness. Compliance with rules/regs was not a factor, protective equip. not a factor, miner proficiency a factor, mining equip/system not a factor.
