Narrative

Employee was injured while opening a set of steel air lock doors. He opened one door & went on the back side of the other door to open it. While he was pushing on the 2nd door the 1st door blew shut against the 2nd door. His fingers were caught between the two doors during the impact of the doors. The impact caused fractures of the index and middle finger on the left hand.
