Narrative

He was holding the hose from the loading machine and rockdusting out to the crosscut. The loading machine caught the miner cable and hose that was hanging thru the intersection. The hose and cable came out of the hangers and struck him on the side of the head and pushed him into the outby rib. This caused a concussion and strain.
