## Narrative

Two employees were disassembling a planetary drive gear box and shaft which was partially suspended by an overhead hoist and partially supported on a stand. The load shifted on the stand and caught the middle right finger of the employee and smashed the end of the finger. The employee received six stitches at the local hospital and was released.
