Employee was opening a set of wooden doors on the supply road of old number 2 unit. He stepped on a rock and twisted his left knee. Employee went to the doctor and got an x-ray (neg). His knee continued to hurt. He went for an MRI 3/12/07 had a positive result. Employee started missing work 3/16/07 due to a torn meniscus in his knee.
