## Narrative

Employee was installing a roof bolt, felt a pain in his right shoulder. He went for an x-ray and it was negative. Shoulder continued to hurt. Went for an MRI on 3/20/07. MRI was positive. Employee is currently working on restricted duty while going to physical therapy.
