Narrative

Employee was gathering a 4x4x20 block to set jack for the C-drum trunion roller replacement. He was in fromt of the stacker repair bay loading the block from the CC-77 to the CC-133 truck to transport to the C-drum. While lifting the bar on to the truck in a twisting motion, he felt pain in his upper back. Employee was transported to the clinic.
