Injured began missing time when he was scheduled for surgery on 03/29/07. Surgery scheduled for 03/30/07. The diagnostic report from an MRI indicated ""degenerative"" conditions of the right knee and surgery to repair the medial meniscus was necessary. This condition most likely resulted from 37 years work in and around coal mines.
