Narrative

An EE was installing a 4' bolt hanging the monorail, using an air powered Cobra drill. As he was pushing the bolt into the bolt hole, it got hung up and bent the bolt, causing the drill chuck to shoot upwards, striking the EE between the eyes. Broke his safety glasses, lacerating the bridge of his nose and the orbit area of his right eye.
