Narrative

Employee was sharpening the tip of a 12"" section of TIG welding rod on a bench grinder. He had bent the trailing end of the rod into a loop. As he advanced the rod across the tool rest the tip was caught by the wheel. The employee jerked his hand back and lacerated his finger on the trailing end of the rod.
