Narrative

Employee was assisting co-worker, placing rails back on a structure trailer that had fallen to the side, putting the last rail on top. EE was tightening the ratchet strap so they wouldn't fall again, putting his left hand on the rails to tighten the strap, one of the rails smashed his thumb between another rail.
