## Narrative

03/12/2007 was called out to poke tower, while poking upper hood, small ports above air cannons, felt a pull in right mid to lower back, pain moved to left lower back.  Didn't feel it was necessary to see a doctor at this time.  The pain persisted and went to medical facililty on 04/04/2007 at which timie he was put on light duty.
