An unintentional roof fall was discoverd in the #1 entry (return) one break outby spad #816. Size of fall was estimated to be 5'H X 18'-20'W X 20'L. Fall will not be cleaned up. No injuries occurred, no equipment caught and ventilation was not interrupted. Area had been bolted with 4' fully grouted resin bolts. Fall will not be cleaned up.
