Narrative

The ee was assisting in loading of the high voltage cable into the high voltage car when he stepped into a hole causing him to fall. The high voltage car ran upon his right leg resulting in contusions to his right lower leg. The employee continued to work until 4/18/07 at which point he was taken off work by a physician.
