Narrative

Employee was assisting picking up, a conveyor trougher set of rollers that was from an un-banded stack. As they picked the set up, they bumped the stack and it began to fall over. The one employee got out of the way, but the other one was partially struck by the falling roller sets as he could not get completely out of the way. MEDICAL TREATMENT - Stitches
