## Narrative

Miner was helping change steel on drill when he accidentally got his hand to close to jaws that hold steel, smashing the end of his middle finger on right hand.  Note: I had cautioned him 5-6 times about not getting too close to the moving parts, jaws, etc. (His last day of work was 4/9/07.)
