## Narrative

As the employee was going up the ladder of the haul truck to put a buddy seat in upper deck, the seat started to fall back. EE tried to catch the seat when a sharp object under seat cut his right hand between thumb & forefinger. He was taken to front gate to check out and then to ER when he received 5 stitches.
