Narrative

Employee was dismounting the ladder on the 980G cat loader. When he stepped down, he stepped on a rock or clay ball causing his left knee to twist. He did not report this until the next day at 8:30 am 3/15/07. He was sent for Medical treatment and returned to work that same day.
