Narrative

Employee stated that he had taken his glove off to get a nail out of his pocket. When he got the nail, he didn't put it back on and went ahead rolling the curtain up to the roof. When he got to the roof, rolling the curtain, his thumb came in contact with the edge of a roof bolt plate that had a burr on it.
