Poor decision making to rotate 14"" diameter sch. 20 pipe on pipe stands rather than utilizing proper lifting equipment conveniently available at jobsite. Pipe fell from stand, employee injured when moving away from pipe. Pressure on right ankle caused by reactionary movement resulted in ankle fracture.
