## Narrative

While retrieving 3"" water pipe from cont miner (CM01) using lift truck, pipe hung up on J-hook & fell into lift truck. Pipe bounced when it hit & struck ee's hand. EE rec'd sutures in right middle finger & ring finger. Ligaments in middle finger were torn.
