The rope slip indicator wheel (JPLX wheel) came loose from the service hoist head rope. The mine was evacuated at 10:40 pm and MSHA was called at 10:43 pm (incident #1-42557090). JPLX wheel was repaired and replaced. Crews were sent back into the mine after test runs and rope inspectionswere done.
