## Narrative

Employee and his partner were retrieving trolley wire that had been taken down during longwall retreate. The wire included 8 pieces laying intertwined on the ribline. Employee bent over untangling the ends to begin dragging it to the 2 right section for installation. During this process an section end sprang up and hit him on the lower left lip.
