Narrative

The employee was climbing from the feed end toward the discharge end of the unit #224 course refuse screen to check the oil levels. His foot slipped and he fell nearly seven feet onto the plant floor below. He was taken by ambulance to the ER where he was treated and released. He started missing work on Saturday, April 28, 2007.
