Narrative

While tightening the nut on a pitman arm with a wrench, the EE strained his right shoulder. The MRI done on 5/1 revealed inflamation in the shoulder area. It was decided that physical therapy may relieve this condition. The EE began therapy 5/10 which makes this injury recordable.
