## Narrative

The employee was attempting to relocate a pump power cable out of an elevated mound of sand.  The power cable was buried approximately 6"" and the area was covered with clay and mud from the pit.  His left foot caught in the mud while he was falling he strained a ligament in his knee and a slightly sprained his ankle.
