Employee was standing on a cross brace approximately 12"" off the ground when he slipped off the bracing. He attempted to steady himself by grabbing an above pipe subsequently strained his left shoulder when his full body shock load was realized. Employee was not at work on 5/10 as he was sent to company doctor for further evaluation and returned to work on 5/11.
