Narrative

Employee was scaling loose roof; as he was attempting to move a rock, his left shoulder popped. EE went to the doctor for an X-ray, the result was negative. He continued to work and his shoulder continued to hurt. He returned to the doctor for a MRI and had a positive result on 5/8/07. EE continues to work, awaiting his surgery.
