Narrative

EE states while preparing to install mesh roof support, a bundle of mesh leaning against the rib started to fall toward coworker. As EE attempted to stablize the bundle with his left arm, the bundle fell. Mesh ends protruding from the bundle struck the EE on left side causing laceration to neck, shoulder & arm. Required several sutures.
