## Narrative

Employee suffered a contusion to his right cheek while correcting lighting problems in the bauxite tunnel. While carrying a light fixture, he slipped and fell striking his face with the light fixture. He had a small laceration and bruise to his face. Due to a pre-existing medical condition, he was air lifted the University Medical Center. This resulted in lost workdays.
