Narrative

The Employee & Co-worker were rolling up a replaced conveyor belt causing a lot of pushing and pulling action. The EE felt no pain during this process. After the Employee went home and sat down, he noticed pain when he tried to stand up. The employee was placed on a 10 lb weight restriction for six work days.
