Narrative

EE was doing a pre-shift inspection on a 235 cut rock breaker. In doing so, he stepped in some mud and his foot slipped on a rock. This caused his knee to pop. EE went to the ER on 5/26/07 and visited his doctor on 5/30/07, where he was told he could not return to work until more tests were done. This is a LTA.
