Narrative

Miner operator was in #7 entry, LOB. He walked up to the left ouby corner about 2 feet away and was pulling a spad from his pocket to drive in the rib when the block corner fell outward striking him in the chest, abdoman, legs. The coal measured 38"" long x 21.75"" wide x 12 "" thick.
