## Narrative

Employee was greasing rams when his foot slipped and dropped approximately 12"". His left hand was holding front grill of bulldozer. He jerked left hand and his shoulder popped. At the time since there was no medical treatment other than ice/heat and aspirin it was not reportable. As of June 8, it was reported to us that there is now a bicep tear not found at the first doctor visit.
