Narrative

Bolting vc2 at 3+00 in 1st west panet, installing 2 bolts on corner of xc. When finished, started backing up, offside operator was loading supplies, when right foot got caught under tire. Inj was transported to hosp where it was discovered a broken bone 6"" above right ankle in tibia bone.
