## Narrative

A methane ignition occured in the face of the #2 entry on the 0-Panel section (00-7 MMU), approx. 60 ft inby survey station #25117. The ignition occured while the continuous miner was cutting sandstone bottom. The ignition occured int he lower right hand corner of the face.
