Narrative

After the employee cut a timber with a hydraulic saw, he took a step and tripped over the piece of wood he had cut from the timber, causing him to fall onto the timber and the saw lacerating his left ring finger on the saw blade requiring sutures. The saw was not energized when his hand hit the blade.
