Narrative

Employee and others were hanging miner cable from 2 to 3 in mud approximately 16"" deep. While holding the cable in the air with both hands, other employees began to push the cable up towards the hanger. The injured employees were stuck in the mud and this pushing action caused him to fall slowly to the mine floor.
