An alleged ignition occurred on the 10 B belt that was not in operation. When ee using torch to cut a hole in the frame of the belt winch, spark or hot metal caught paper or methane on fire in an adjacent hole in the mine floor. Foreman thought it was paper that had caught fire & ee's thought it was methane bleeder. *Citation was not issued until 6/6/07 & then investigation began.
