Narrative

Employee states he was stepping off shield #1 to shield #2 and as he stepped around the anti topple ram, he fell on shield #1. As he fell, his hand landed between the trapping shoe and the bass lift cylinder. The trapping shoe swung on a come-along, hit and smashed two fingers on the right hand. The laceration required stitches and he was placed on light duty.
