## Narrative

Employee was standing on the front access deck of a 769 haul truck talking to another operator.  Afterwards he turned to get back in the cab and tripped, falling backwards off the deck.  He landed on his feet but then fell to the ground, approximately 6 1/2 feet, straining a ligament in his left knee.
