Narrative

Victim experienced pain in his lower back and legs as he was exiting the deck of a scoop. He had a history of back trouble and an investigation was carried out to determine if this was a new injury and if it was work related. On June 20, 2007 it was determined by a doctor that this was a new injury making it reportable.
