## Narrative

Employee was replacing the worn ball joints on Cat truck #26.3010 (775D). He was using a ball joint separator and 5 pound sledge hammer. When he was driving the separator in, it came loose (the separator) and hit him on the back side of his forearm just above his wrist, on his right arm. He was treated for the abrasion (6 stitches).
