## Narrative

EE was assisting the foreman sort railroad iron with a backhoe. The foreman was pulling a piece of iron with the bucket of the backhoe when it became stuck & then suddenly came loose & flew striking the EE about 8"" below the left knee; this resulted in a broken leg.
