## Narrative

Employee was using a wheel barrel to transfer material down the 3 belt grinding line. When the employee dumped the material and was bringing the wheel barrel back down, the wheel barrel shifted to the right and pinched her 2nd finger on left hand between the handle and an I-beam support.
